Susan Holliday, Executive Director
Susan is responsible for the overall administration of the Association’s activities, a position she has held since 2001. She manages the staff and generally oversees the day-to-day operations of the Association. She works closely with the officers, Board of Directors and committees on all LBA programs and operations.

Tammy DeRouen, Lafayette Volunteer Lawyers Program Director
Tammy coordinates Access to Justice efforts on behalf of the Lafayette Volunteer Lawyers, a position she has held since 2005. She works closely with volunteer attorneys to help underprivileged members of the community find resolutions to legal matters. Tammy is also in charge of coordinating the efforts of the Family Law Section by organizing their meetings and events.

Penny Rogers, Executive Assistant

Penny is the face of the Lafayette Bar Association to members of the public in her duties as receptionist and is the first to greet members and visitors to the Bar center. Penny works closely with the executive director. She schedules and is responsible for all of the Mediation Center bookings. Penny also works with LVL in the Protective Order Program.

Claire Oliver, Marketing Director
Claire is the co-editor of the Association’s newsletter, The Promulgator, and the Lafayette Bar Association web master. Claire implements the Association’s advertising strategy and handles all public relation efforts on behalf of the organization. Claire also coordinates and organizes programs and events implemented by the Lafayette Bar Association.
